So i don't understand their logic of updating users...
I email nod32 about couple hours before i posted here and i finally got a e-mail.
If any paid user is having issues now, it's not the server/update thing. And in any case, normally there's not noticeable difference in what both class of users experience in updating.
Considering that the updates right now are extremely large, running at ~4 Mb for various reasons, it puts an unusual and heavy stress on the servers...
I have never contacted them, but it's nice to know that they do respond and do care about the users.
I have been using NOD32 for many years and now have two licenses. So i think it's very nice for nod32 to do this for me. But for them setting me up with a full version with a 1 month license shows me how they want your business.I will be buying after the 1 month trial if the updates goes smoothly and the problem isn't because of my computer. I'm pleased that you had a positive response from the NOD32 folks. There were instances when I had to try and manually update for periods of time in order to get the latest release. I had the trial version of NOD till last night and it had not updated the definition files. As soon as I uninstalled the trial version and installed the paid version the update went through immediately. The rest of the time, updates are quite speedy for nearly everyone.
